TOTAL WAR!

Memandangkan 'assignment', kuiz semua dah habis (musim tugasan) ..............tempoh perlalihan nak masuk musim peperiksaan bermula. Biasanya musim ini dimulakan dengan istirahat dan macam-macam aktiviti yang bukan aktiviti akademik....... Musim ini saya telah gunakan untuk melaksanakan kempen perang dalam permainan video Empire Total War dan Napoleon Total War. Sebagai pendatang baru dalam siri 'game' ni, banyak lagi yang perlu dipelajari....................... Walaupun game ni dah ada di pasaran agak lama, tapi baru sekarang dapat peluang main. Lagipun tak ramai rakan-rakan lain yang main. Macam aku sorang je yang minat bende ni. Yang lain asyik main PES dgn FIFA je. Kat bawah ada tips untuk kempen Mesir Napoleon..... The Egypt Campaign in my opinion is one of the most difficult in the game.you cant leave anything unguarded or it will be conquered or killed by either the Rebels,Bedouins or Mameluke's (and to a lesser extent the Ottomans).

With some of these tips you will be able to even the odds in Egypt:

Desert Heat

Heat Attrition is caused if you wander away from the Nile, oceans, lakes or city's your troops will start dieing from heat exhaustion and dehydration.Believe it or not wearing a wool uniform in the desert is not fun!

Camels Vs Horses

You may think camels act just like horses... and they do, but have a special effect they demoralize horse units due to their smell. Keep your horses away from the smelly camels or they will move themselves away,by routing of the battlefield.

Battle Heat Fatigue

If you have played Medieval 2 you know what this is about.French troops will become tired a lot quicker than their Egyptian enemies due to both their clothes and the climate they are used too.Try not to get in to melee if possible, as you will most likely lose.

Beware the Bedouins

Watch out for the Bedouins they will strike seemingly safe cities if left unguarded and will relentlessly pillage all of your farms and inns.Its illogical to march all the way through the desert because by the time you get there your army will be half dead.Always leave a few units of militia or line infantry behind to protect your cities.Fortunately Bedouins rarely travel in large numbers(and are fairly weak) so a few units will do.

British Invasion

British Invasions will some times be carried out so even seemingly safe cities like Alexandria are not.Unlike the Bedouins the British travel in large groups and are equivalent to your soldiers.You will have to keep a fairly large amount of either line infantry or Fusiliers and preferably a few artillery and calvary in most coastal cities.

Britannia rules the Waves
Be Very Careful of the British fleet in the area, its commanded by Horatio Nelson a very skilled admiral.Unfortunately there's not much you can do(It takes a very long time to get a fleet half as good as theirs) besides invading Cyprus and it would be very difficult to get there with out Nelson getting you,but if you can pull it off you will stop the British naval invasion as well so if you can do it it is worth it.

British punya 'experience' tinggi, susah nak serang, risiko tinggi.

Berjaya laksanakan kempen ni dalam mod 'easy'. Lepas ni nak cuba mod yang lebih susah.
